Principals ---
Joey R. Martin, AIBD, CGP established our firm in 2003. Joey is an award winning residential designer with almost 20 years of building and design experience behind him. Since forming Martin Drafting & Design, we have worked many projects from coast to coast of various size and scope.
Mr. Martin is also very active with the National Association of Home Builders. As a nationally certified instructor, Joey travels the country when asked to provide education to builders and builder associates in the fields of Green Building, Aging in Place, and Business Management.
Joey has achieved the designations of Certified Green Professional, Certified Aging in Place Specialist, and Certified Graduate Associate, one of the highest designations an associate can achieve within the NAHB.
Chris Davidson-Martin is our Office Manager, and some time project manager for smaller projects. Chris keeps the office running smoothly, and helps with projects in the early stages to schedule design meetings, and to make sure we are all on the same page.
Clinton Robertson, PE, LEED AP is a licensed Professional Engineer in four states, a business owner, entrepreneur, inventor, writer, lecturer and adjunct professor. Clinton provides engineering consultation services for residential, commercial and governmental projects. He emphasize green building practices and specialize in disaster preparation and emergency response engineering.
