Martin Drafting & Design, Inc. is happy to provide design and planning services to homeowners that want to update their current homes. Remodeling or creating room additions can be tough, it's good to have a pro on your side. By using state of the art 3D design software, we create an accurate model of your existing home, and begin to design the project around that.
You have the ability to see the completed project in full color 3D before the first nail is driven. Make sure the addition or redesign of the exterior is exactly what you expect beforehand.
Costs:
Pricing for remodeling projects are billed hourly. Our hourly rates are $70.00 per hour to measure & model the existing home, and create the remodel or room addition concepts. Time is billed in 10 hour blocks and replenished as needed as we work around the design and preparation of the construction documents.
