Project Managment:
More and more homeowners are looking for ways to save money in their home building projects, but that doesn't mean you have to face it alone. No one will know your design like the person that designed it with you. Doesn't it make sence to have that person on your build team? With our project management service, you are the general contractor, making all the final desicions and handling the sub & trade contractors, but you will most likely need someone to be on the site when you can't be there. Acting on your behalf, we inspect the workmanship, perform field inspections for completed tasks, and help keep the project on time and on budget.
Construction Observation:
Construction obervation is the act of observing the level and workmanship of the tasks being performed. No direct contact is with the builder or contractors, but rather with you. We will walk the site together to inspect completed tasks and ensure the plans are being followed.
Costs:
Costs for this service are billed hourly at our standard rate of $70.00 per hour. The invoices are set up in 10 hour block of time. Depending on the level of service provided, 3-4 blocks of time are standard for a residential construction project.
