Commercial Design & Engineering:
Martin Drafting and Design, Inc. now offers light commercial design, planning and engineering. Churches, office building and/or office parks, small retail buildings, multi-family housing complex, any light commercial project you can dream up. Commercial project are handled a little differently than residential projects, but one thing that doesnt change is the great service, attention to detail, and affordable rates.
Commercial projects are delivered ready to build or to hand off to your general contractor. All design, engineering, state and local permits, and construction documents are handled under one contract, so you can continue to focus on growing your business. MDAD, Inc. will handle everything else.
Planning & Programming:
During this initial phase of our project together my goal is to get to know your business, and the wants and needs of that business. We will outline the project, and develop a comprehensive building program that includes spatial considerations, function, relationships, and requirements.
