Martin Drafting & Design, Inc. not only provides the building design for you project, but the interior as well. The interior design of your new home or office is just as important as the exterior when it comes to completing your project. Registered and licensed in Indiana as an Interior Dsigner, Joey will certainly be able to help you with your needs.
All aspects of the interior will be covered. Kitchen, Baths, Built-Ins, Color Pallet, Material & Furniture selections will be taken into consideration. We work our way around your new home or office utilizing space and furniture planning tools and drawings to ensure every aspect of your new space is 110% to your liking.
Construction Observation:
Construction obervation as it pertains to the interior design of your new space works the same as during the actual construction. I work for you, not your builder, so I can look at the workmanship and quality from your perspective.
Costs:
Costs for this service are billed hourly at our standard rate of $70.00 per hour. The invoices are set up in 10 hour block of time.
