While Martin Drating & Design, Inc. specializes in one off or custom home plans for builders and homeowners, we do have a small, but growing, library of stock plans to choose from. These plans are original designs of Joey Martin and are available for purchase by contacting our office at 765-689-0790.
These home plans can be purchased and built as they are. The plans are builder and permit ready, not just conceptual or study plans...but actual plans. Any of these plans can be adapted to meet your specific needs. Change fees do apply, and are priced on a case by case basis. Contact us to get a price to make changes to any plan you see here.

Artform Home Plans, a division of Art Form Architecture, Inc., based in Portsmouth, NH, owned by architect Wendy Welton, has been kind enough to ask Joey Martin and Martin Drafting & Design, Inc. to come on board with her and her associates to be a part of this project. We at Artform Home Plans aim to bring great home design to a wider audience than is served by traditional architectural practice. Cost, accountability and attitude keep many people from hiring at architect. Builders tell us that they need drawings that are clearer and more current than they are getting from most "internet plans". We've designed our process to address these, and will continue to adapt our process, to do our best to meet your needs.
