Whether the plan comes from Martin Drafting and Design Inc., or from someone else, have the plan rendered in full color 3D. This service is great for room additions, and new construction, to get the chance to "see it before it’s built". Try different colors, different roofing, different veneers, all sorts of options that you would not get the opportunity to see otherwise. Builders often use this service to sell more jobs to potential clients, and to have various options for spec homes shown, without having to build multiple model homes. Renderings for both interiors and exteriors available.
And new for 2009, have your project converted into a full color, fully functioning Google SketchUp model. With SketchUp, which is a free download, you can create your own walk throughs, see every aspect of you new home in full 3D from the comfort of your own chair. Create floor plan views, elevations views, and full perspectives.
This service is provided FREE to clients that have their projects designed with MDAD, Inc., or can be provided from a plan you already have at your expense.
Costs:
Fees for this service are billed at $0.25 per square foot under roof modeled. 50% of the fee will be due up front and the final 50% will be due upon delivery of the finished model.
